As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board and help shape the future of education.
Why Board Service Matters
Serving on the CEF Board of Directors is a meaningful way to make a lasting impact. Board members play a vital role in ensuring the foundation remains mission-focused, financially responsible, and strategically positioned to support students and educators in the Centennial School District.
Our board members are advocates, ambassadors, and partners in our work. They bring diverse perspectives, professional expertise, and a shared commitment to education.
Who We’re Looking For
You do not need prior board experience to apply. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who share a passion for education and community service.
Ideal candidates may have experience or interest in:
Education or youth development
Community leadership or nonprofit service
Finance, accounting, or legal expertise
Marketing, communications, or fundraising
Business leadership or strategic planning
Advocacy and community outreach
Most importantly, we are seeking individuals who believe in the power of education and want to make a difference.
What Board Members Do
Board members work collaboratively to support the foundation’s mission. Responsibilities include:
Attending scheduled board meetings once a month
Supporting fundraising and community engagement efforts
Providing leadership, insight, and strategic guidance
Serving as ambassadors for Centennial Education Foundation in the community
Participating in events and initiatives as able
Board service is a rewarding opportunity to contribute your skills while working alongside others who care deeply about educational access and opportunity.
